I noticed a change immediately and wear it 24/7. I did take it off for a job interview, but that is the only time. Of course, I only took it off because I thought my new employer might wonder why is this guy wearing a silly bracelet on his arm. However, I got the job so the risk was worth it. But it is back on and I wear it to work everyday! I am like Tony, I don't know anything about the science, but I am a believer that the bracelet does something that is good. I have remained calm in many situations where I used to anxious. Get One! I have worn my Trion Z for a couple of years. I noticed a change immediately and wear it 24/7. I play softball once a week and try to golf that often as well. Since I started wearing the product I've played one round of golf and two softball games. Shot my lowest score in 5 years, 81, usually a low 90's player and never really felt "bad" about bad shots during this round. AND, I went 2-3 in the first softball game, 1-2 in the second game and felt that I was seeing the ball better in field. Now, that being said. Is it the Triion Z? Don't know. But, I don't want to find out. I'm keeping mine on. Plus the socks I wore playing softball and next round of golf I will also be wearing the same shorts/shirt and hat combo.... I bought two right off the bat and threw them on. I would say this is more in my mind then not but there is a warning on the site about becoming high headed if you wear too many of them. On the drive home I started to feel something, not lightheadedness but rather a little out of it. Pain relief? to early to tell. But in my opinion its doing something, and I look forward to future results. I just started wearing Trion Z today and I’m not sold either but I have high hopes. I was totally a skeptic in the beginning and would have never bought one. Having won it though I gave it a shot and extremely glad I did. Wether it's the work of the bracelet, my own mind, or other outside factors I've noticed a difference in fatigue, concentration, and muscle pain.
